Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the itstru.ai platform and services operated by itstru.ai ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing our services or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

itstru.ai provides an evidence-gated AI pipeline that researches your idea against real sources, assesses whether it is worth building, and produces positioning, a pitch deck, and a working prototype. Scope, deliverables, and fees are defined per engagement in a written proposal or statement of work agreed before any work begins.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Privacy

How we collect, use, and protect your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service you agree to that policy.

5. Refund Policy

Please see our Refund Policy for full details on cancellations and refunds. Key points:

  • Full refund (minus processing fees) any time before our analysis pipeline starts running on your project.
  • No refunds are available once the pipeline has started or finished — the work has already been performed.
  • Stripe processing fees (approximately 2.9% + $0.30) are non-refundable in all cases.

6. Support

7. Your Idea and Intellectual Property

Your idea is yours. The business idea, brand, and any information you share with us remain your property at every stage. itstru.ai will not sell your idea, share it with third parties outside of the service providers needed to deliver your project (listed in our Privacy Policy), use it to start a competing business, or use it to train AI models.

Upon full payment for an engagement, you own the deliverables produced for that engagement, as defined in the applicable proposal or statement of work.

The itstru.ai platform, brand, and AI pipeline (including prompts, validators, and orchestration code) remain our property. We may retain anonymized, aggregated metrics about pipeline performance (such as average run time or citation counts) that do not identify you or your idea.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or success from deliverables. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant phase of service.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active customers of material changes via email.
